Ninjas Roam the City in Shinobi no Ittoki Original Anime 1st Visual and Trailer

After an intriguing announcement in February which only contained the studio, the above visual and a 2022 release date, the original anime coming soon Shinobi no Ittoki uncovered a full arsenal of information today, kicking off the first visual, trailer, cast, and personnel details, while cementing an October 2022 release window.

The main actors and their characters are as follows:

Ryota Ohsaka (Sadao in The devil is part-time!) as Ittoki Sakuraba

Katsuyuki Konishi (Uzui in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Tokisada Kaga

Haruka Shiraishi (Asirpa in Golden Kamuy) as Kosetsu

Kikuko Inoue (Yukino’s mother in My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU) as Yuka Sakuraba

An original project by DMM Pictures and TROYCA (Re: CREATORS), Shinobi no Ittoki is directed by Shu Watanabe (Re: CREATORS episode director), with series composition by Minato Takano, character design and chief animation direction by Isamu Suzuki (flourish in you), and music by TOMISIRO (MacrossΔ).

The story would follow the very ordinary Ittoki Sakuraba, who suddenly learns that he is heir to a long line of ninjas after surviving an attack by the rival Koga clan. In order to survive, Ittoki learns to become an Iga Clan ninja and joins the ongoing conflict.
