A brand new visual identity and a new website
PARIS, June 16, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — DON’T NOD – formerly known as DONTNOD Entertainment – turns 14e year of creating meaningful narrative games. As we have constantly evolved since our inception, we have undergone a visual rebrand as part of our continued evolution to better reflect who we are as a business today.
It’s an exciting time for DON’T NOD and to share that excitement with you, we’ve produced a reel to showcase our new logo. It’s an adaptable design and can be adapted to represent our various game genres and universes, and we happen to have several projects coming up to test its versatility on…
Over the past few years, the company has undergone fundamental changes, including the addition of our Montreal studio and our expansion into game publishing, which brings the company to approximately 320 talents in France and Canada which benefit from greatly improved flexibility thanks to our innovative FROG (Fully Remote Organization) system. The Dontnodiens all work within several human-sized teams working on six internal projects. Not only do we self-publish our games, but those of third-party developers who share our editorial vision, offering our support to bring their creations to life. These changes, among others, have encouraged us to build a new visual identity more suited to carry us forward.
We reintroduce the apostrophe and space between words to really understand the meaning of DON’T NOD. It represents our tendency to be unconventional as a company and in the games we make. The D is broken, and the N appears within it, signifying that we are not afraid to break the mould. This new logo connects our games – meaningful and powerful stories – to who we are as a company.
To accompany this new visual identity, we have launched a brand new website to replace the previous one. The site connects us with players, who can easily enter the universes of all our games and access exclusive content, behind-the-scenes clips and the latest news. It is also a space for our future talents and partners to see who we are, how we work and how to work with us.
